About Dr. Dan

Dr. Christopher Dan is a board-certified physician who earned his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, and completed his Family Medicine residency at Northridge Hospital Medical Center.

After four years as a hospitalist managing acute and complex medical conditions, Dr. Dan shifted his focus to root-cause medicine—recognizing that chronic disease often stems from metabolic dysfunction that builds silently over years, yet is largely preventable with early action. His time in outpatient and hospice care reinforced his belief that true healthspan comes from the fundamentals: nutrition, movement, recovery, and circadian health.

Today, Dr. Dan brings this philosophy to life through his Personalized Medicine telemedicine practice, offering both a monthly membership for ongoing, direct access to care and a standalone metabolic health consultation for patients looking to address a specific concern. Together, these services help patients build sustainable habits that slow the aging process, boost vitality, and extend the years they spend feeling strong and well.
