This allows us to keep pricing transparent, avoid administrative delays, and spend more time with you instead of navigating payer requirements. You're welcome to use insurance for services outside our practice, such as specialist visits, imaging, or prescriptions filled at your pharmacy.

Membership is $160 per month, billed on a recurring basis. This covers ongoing access to your physician as described in our membership benefits.

Yes. New members pay a one-time enrollment fee of $100, which covers your comprehensive intake and initial setup in the practice. This fee is nonrefundable, even if you cancel shortly after joining.

Membership covers your visits and direct communication with your physician. Some services — such as lab work, imaging, or specialty testing — may involve separate costs, which we'll always discuss with you in advance.
